Side & Rear Extension
We were commissioned to design a rear and side extension to an existing dwelling as the current owners had outgrown their space. We provided some sketch designs for approval. Once the concept was agreed, we submitted the planning application and completed the technical design.
The space provided was a additional dinning room, utility, store area and bedroom with en-suite. One of the main factors was to maintain natural light to the existing kitchen, which was accomplished with the use of roof lights.
